    I reserved an enclosed transport over a month ago. Upon pickup date they still had no driver for me. I was hung up on twice, I’ve had to change my flight which was more money and move my orientation date for work. This has put me in a really bad spot. Having to try and find a transport last minute was impossible. Had to drive back to Colorado at the last minute.

    Dear BBB,

    The customer ************************* scheduled the shipment to be picked up within 7 business days after 1st avalable estimated pickup date (05/18/2023) of the vehicle 2017 ************* **-Class. The 1st available pickup date and the price was estimate and we were supposed to make every possible effort to find a carrier to ship the load.However, ******, asked us to find a driver even earlier than 05/18/2023 and we did our best to find get a carrier interested in the load. One day before 1st available pickup date, the customer asked to cancel the order and remove the posting from the loadboard (05/17/2023). Per the request of the customer we canceled the order and removed the posting. On our contract ****** signed, we mentioned that we will make every possible effort to find a carrier to ship the load however it is estimate and not guaranteed. We also mentioned that UFT reserves the right to cancel any order at any time which also falls into this category and we are uploading the proofs.

    I used this broker company to find a legitimate and insured transport for my 5th wheel rv. They told me they had a company ***** LLC that was fully insured up to 1 billion dollars. The point of using a broker is for this exact reason they vet the transport company and validate insurance. on the third day in transport the driver wrecked the rv by driving to fast for the road conditions that did not involve any ice or snow on the road. He drove off the road and overturned it by a complete 360 and just left it there. I was not contacted about the accident we had to find out by finding it on the side of the road. I contacted both this company and the drivers company and come to find out the driver was driving on a revoked license and the insurance policy this company says they was current and would cover it , turns out it wont because only one person and one truck was listed as covered and that was not who was driving. They are only worried about the bad review I left affecting their future business not my loss i had because they did not do a proper job. also they wont refund my fee i paid if the review isnt removed.

    Dear BBB team,

    The customer, ********************* contacted made an agreement with our company to find a carrier to ship her RV and signed contract on 02/01/2023 and we dispatched her load the the carrier company ***** LLC out of TX, Houston. After pickup the customer contacted us regarding the accident happened with her RV and asked for help. We explained to her that we are just broker company and our service is deemed to complete once we assigned her load to the carrier company ***** LLC, and this is also mentioned on the contract signed by customer. (Section 3, part e, the contract has been uploaded). Afterwards, we advised the customer to contact the insurance company regarding this and she could find the info on the insurance package which we already forwarded to her. After contacting the insurance company customer called us back and said the insurance company rejected to cover the damage as the accident was out of their terms. By saying that customer started to blame our company for this accident which was cleary out of our side and we also mentioned that we do not take any responsibility for any fees or damages arising during shipment and that is also mentioned on the contract signed with the customer. (Section 10, Indemnification).

    We only assign loads to the carrier companies that are monitoried on our system **************** and rated high on our loadboard ******* ********. We got dispatch sheet and carrierpaket filled by ***** LLC. However, this comes out as clear that this the party should be blamed is ***** LLC and this company needs to be contacted and it should be solved on the endo of ***** LLC.
