Took our Border Collie there last night he has not been eating or drinking. We did a visit to our normal vet on Wednesday before this. He did lab work and called us with the results on Friday. He suggested we take our dog here due to high enzymes in his liver. This place was a joke every time someone came in to see him they said vet tech will be in to discuss fees. 3xs this happened and when we were done with testing they gave us no answer after spending $1000 we still had no answers and they were not telling us anything. Brought our fog back home because I felt if we left him there he would be unattended to. They are differently about the money not the care!!! Will see our vet again on Monday. Looking like liver disease ????

Eastern Pennsylvania Veterinary MC killed my dog ******* They did nothing to monitor his blood pressure and, most severely, they overdosed ****** with 5x the dosage of medicine and killed him. ******'s eyes rolled back into his head and he collapsed. And they failed to put this info in his medical report and it wasn't until the next day, that they admitted to what happened. They consciously falsified the record. ******'s doctor was ****************************** and the nurse/tech that **************** was *******************. There are other places to take your pet in an emergency. ***** has betrayed our trust and robbed us of our puppy, way before his time.

Very unprofessional environment. Traveled for an hour and did register my pet before heading there. Went there with my pets, waited a long time, When asked for a time frame, secretary said she cannot provide any because it depends on the most critical cases need to take care of first. Understood that, but everyone pet or pets is important. At least they could have evaluate my pet. The two front desk associates were unprofessional, rude , and have no compassion. One of the front desk associates walks around with just socks on, and she even went outside looking for pet parents with socks on.
