    Vibe Power Yoga has unfair and unethical business practices and are not upfront about their policies when clients sign the intiial agreement and pay the membership. When I signed up for the monthly class plan, it was not outlined in the agreement about their cancellation policy for charging consumers an extra fee on top of the amount they paid for a class. It seems sneaky to hook a consumer and after they pay the membership to then make them aware of additional fees that were not agreed upon BEFORE paying and agreeing to the terms. I paid the full amount for a yoga class and was charged. I was unable to attend the class on 4/13/25 due to my child being sick the day of and was charged an extra $18 (I paid $16 for the class) so they charged me almost double the amount for missing the class. Again, this was not in their initial terms and agreement when I paid for and signed for the membership. This seems sneaky and unfair to do to a consumer. Its not so much about the money owed, but the dishonest and sneaky practices they are using to charge consumers extra money after signing the initial agreement at double the price paid for the class. Ive attached the agreement and terms I agreed to when I paid for the membership.

    August 18th 2024- $94.34 Over a month ago I removed credit information from Vibe power yogas website because there is no way to call the yoga studio or independently cancel your subscription. Today I received a transaction on the card that I had removed from their files and had to check 4 different places to contact the business owner. When confronted she said I had to give 30 days notice to cancel despite me having removed my credit information from their web over a month prior. There is also no way to cancel prior to them charging you for a month you do not want.
