Beth C****** of All Things Aquatic Dive Center did not deliver a promised certification service after collecting $1069.90 from me on 3/5/2022. I hope to resolve this by getting the promised service delivered. Last week *** filed a complaint and Beth promised to deal with our license this week. But she had not got back to us. All Things Aquatic Dive Center (ATA in short), owned and operated by Beth C******* offers training and certification program for PADI open water diver scuba diving certification. The certification helps individual get access to dive destinations and dive gear rentals. Me and my friend *** went on a dive certification trip with ATA between 3/2/2022-3/6/2022. The owner Beth C****** had promised to issue me a PADI open water diver certification once I pass the required tests. However, I did not receive such certification even though I had passed all required tests. I have reached out to the business and the owner several times to get my certification. The owner occasionally replied to my texts but had yet to deliver the promised certification. I have a signed copy of itemized receipt from ATA. The receipt number is ******. My friend *** learned about ATA from their Facebook page. The business is still actively posting promotional materials on Facebook. If ATA is in fact unable to issue PADI certifications, they may be doing false advertisement. I would appreciate if you can look into this.
