I took my Huskivarna chainsaw in for a repair on 5/26/2022. I called several times asking for an update on my chainsaw and repeatedly got "we are working on it". On 7/6/2022 they finally answered my call and told me to stop by and get my repaired chainsaw. The worker started it up for me and charged me $127.83 for "Sea Foam" engine treatment and fuel additive, "Stabil" fuel stabilizer, Carburetor cleaner/gun out, Environmental fee, grease/spray lube/lubrication, starter rope, a tune-up of chainsaw, recoil repair, and the 2-stroke labor rate. I took the chainsaw home and started it up when the recoil immediately broke. I took it back down to the store and they assured me that it would be fixed immediately and that I would be placed at the front of the customer list. I have since called twice to get the answer, "we ordered the part and are waiting on it". I explained that I had been waiting on this chainsaw for several months and could have ordered the part myself. I was told by their worker to go ahead and order the part and that I could bring it to them to be repaired. I called again today on 7/27/2022 and they said they still have not received the part they ordered for my chainsaw. I suppose I am going to be out the money I had already paid.
