    The roof was replaced in April of 2019, exact date is not readily available.I signed the contract on 2019/01/02 and Empire Roofing signed on 2019/03/17.On 2024/12/05, I noticed water on the ceiling of the sunroom and inspected the attic above the room and found water in the ceiling,The studs in the bay were wet, and the roof deck bulging showing signs of water ************ the roof was recently replaced, I don't expect the roof to leak and expect the leak to be fixed and the damages to the room fixed at the expense of the contractor.

    In regards to my complaint, ********, I consider the matter resolved.
    My roofer came out today and was able to diagnose the issue.  There was
    water coming out of the plumbing stack which was then getting into the
    room below.

    It was not with the roof, but with the plumbing stack.  I believe the
    issue should be resolved, but will be keeping an eye on it to make sure
    the issue is entirely resolved.

    Empire replaced my roof and it started to leak. It took a while to notice and finally kitchen ceiling plaster gave away causing damage. Empire did not respond. Called 2 other roofing companies and both stated the roof was incorrectly installed. Im selling the house so had no choice but to re do roof. Never received a call back.
