      The problem I have with this business is the shop at coursty ford in Altoona pa they have had my brand new car that was hit on there lot for 9 months and every time I ask about when it will be done I keep getting told the end of next week that's been going on for 9 months they have had my car on the lot longer than I've owned it it was a $85,000 car that has dropped in value by like $20,000 I just feel like it insane how long they had it and haven't kept to their dead lines

      I was rear ended in October. I decided to take my car the the garage the insurance company recommended. They said they could get me in in November. They called me the day before I was supposed to take it in and said they are waiting on parts and to bring it in on December 16th. Repairs started that day and I was told it would be done in 14 days. On 12/26 I was told “Work is almost done” then they found additional damages and delayed me. If work was almost done how didn’t they notice these damages after being delayed for the third time they told me they are waiting on parts because they are short staffed which makes no logical sense to me. I was told it would be done on the 1/6. I called on 1/6 and was reassured it would be done this week. Now they are telling me it won’t be done until 1/23.
