    I would never recommend DeWitt Cleaning Services to anyone. I had this service provider come into my home to provide a “deep clean” to the main living floor. Sarah, the owner, provided me with a great explanation and itinerary that would be provided to me in my home during this service. She seemed to be extremely professional and legit. She even provided a welcome letter and proof of insurance. The explanation was exactly what I was looking for. I even paid extra to have my two couches cleaned in my living room. In total, I paid $402.00 at the time this service was rendered via CashApp. I have the documentation to prove this. The cleaners came into my home with a team of two people at the time they had promised on 4/17/23. They left within 3.5 hours. After me emailing her, calling her, texting her and Facebook messaging her MULTIPLE times since this date, she has yet to come to rectify the situation. Her last response to me was being able to come back into my home a whole two months from the time of the response to “fix” the job. When I originally requested this service by DeWitt Cleaning, I was asking for the one-time deep clean, but was actually looking for someone to come into my home on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. I wanted to become a routine customer. I also understand that you aren’t able to fix a situation right away because of being a small business and I am totally fine with that. The fact that it has now been two months since the original service was rendered is not sufficient. Communication with this company is extremely poor. The deep cleaning service that they provide sounds wonderful when it’s all explained in writing, but not when it comes to them actually completing the job. I would highly encourage anyone to refrain from utilizing this business to save yourself time, a whole lot of money and frustration. I am sharing my experience so that any future customers are not put in the same situation as I was.

    We have been in the business of cleaning houses since 2014. In my years of cleaning and handling customer concerns I've been very grateful to only receive a handful of complaints. Usually there's no issue in resolving them unfortunately with some customers they're never satisfied. While I do take this personally because I take pride in my business and in my work I cannot allow people like ***** to uninspire me. I've always work very hard and I'm very accommodating and diplomatic with every customer. I will continue to do my best and know that there are people like ***** ***** out in the world, that no matter how much you try to please them things need to be done on their terms by their terms, without compromise ,as this type of person is rarely satisfied and it is more so a reflection on their personal lives. I'm sorry ***** has gone out of her way to make invalid remarks, reaching out to me through several different platforms. I've been keeping communication through email and she will go and message me on Facebook Messenger. Not following up with the email to schedule another clean for her. I tried setting up a visit on three separate occasions and she is not responded to those attempts to schedule but instead took matters into her own hands, harassing me and attempting to dirty my reputation. hopefully this brings her the peace that she's looking for. ***** received a clean for $371, she requested it roughly two days in advance while she was away on cruise we cleaned her house which took a total of 10 man hours. We scrubbed her walls cleans all her pictures, washed her baseboards, outside of appliances were cleaned, shower was scrubbed, everything but her bedroom which was in an unlivable condition and made it very difficult for us to move around. Her mother also came over while we were cleaning and spent roughly 45 minutes talking to us. We spent a lot of time, money on supplies, overhead and travel Etc. I offered to travel to *****'s home again and Cresson to make amends with her even though I felt she was in the wrong, as good business practice I wanted to make sure she was satisfied. Unfortunately I don't believe ***** can be satisfied unless she's creating some type of drama or unnecessary conditions. I hope that this brings miss ***** ***** some peace trying to ruin someone's reputation. Best of luck *****.
