    After completing the roof, *** was to install new rain spouting/gutters and leaf guards free of leaks. *** started the leaf guards during August of 2023 and left the job never finishing it. I paid him ****** dollars in cash before the job was to be finished. This was agreed upon orally and through our text messages. I called him numerous times and he promised to finish the job . It has been over a year ago and he never made an attempt to call me. I texted *** more than a dozen times, and each time he said he would stop by and finish the job. I had to hire someone else to finish the job, because it was fall once again. I paid someone $550 to finish the job correctly. I spoke to *** and explained the situation by text messages and finally a phone call. His response was I NEVER contacted him to finish the job! I have the text messages and photos that prove my case if I can get them sent to you. I am having difficulties sending the text messages/photos. The job was unfinished, the leaf guards used were not the right size for these gutters. It pushed the gutters out of shape and nothing was ever sealed. The end caps fell off and everything leaked. My basement was flooded and caused damage. We just had a hard rain TODAY like the last time! The basement is completely dry...No Rain water at all! Thank goodness someone knew how to do a simple minded job correctly the first time. **** ********* 11/20/2024

    The work was done and finished I even went back out to the house 3 separate times when he asked me to. He kept going in the room and messing with the gutter guards then eventually messing them up so I went out to fix them again and again I told him Im not going out to keep fixing them if he is messing with them after I have fixed them. So he threatened me with taking me to court and called me countless times at 1 and 3 am while he was clearly drinking I did not respond from that point on until I got this notice from the BBB the job is done and has been done for a long time.
