      This place is awful. This is not the first bad experience I have had here, but I always give them the benefit of the doubt but today took the cake! I went in for a routine cleaning, which was almost 45 minutes behind. Once I get back into a chair, it was a new hygienist per usual. She did a terrible job at cleaning my teeth. Very rough, missing teeth until reminded. Once she got done, she told me I can check out at the front. I asked her wasnt the dentist going to come in to examine me, she told me that the dentist would not see me because I was only there for a cleaning. I told her that regardless if I was there for just a cleaning a dentist should always still examine me to make sure everything was OK like they have always done there and at other dentist. She told me to take it up with the front desk. I went to the front desk and spoke with the receptionist and was told that a dentist will not see me because four months ago I was seen by a dentist for an emergency visit. That was outrageous, and Ive never heard such a thing. Four months ago when I was seen, they literally just fixed a piece of a chipped off tooth and that was it. There was no examination or anything. They didnt even take full x-rays that day. They only took a x-ray of that single tooth that they were working on. I felt as though I was being rushed out because they overbooked themselves. Anything could be going on with my teeth and they would not know! It is the same thing every time I go there they do not care about your oral health. Im going to reach out to my insurance to see if theres anything that can be challenged as far as billing being that they did not complete my visit because otherwise I will not be able to do anything else for another six months and I am not comfortable with not knowing what is going on with my teeth that long. Do not go to this dentist. They are terrible.

      Perfect smiles of ******* is awful. I was suppose to get two teeth pulled back on Jan. 10th 2025. But I didnt feel comfortable with the **. ** first messed up numbing wrong areas. Second when waiting to be numbed up, he was working on a lady next to me and she was screaming and crying in pain bc he cant seem to do his job correctly. After hearing that I told the ** and assistant Im leaving and I declined todays procedure. I will not be going back there again. My anxiety was throw the roof.

      I was without teeth for over a year. when my dentures finally arrived, they were so **** they looked like horse teeth. I could not even close my mouth around them without forcing my lips shut. The teeth were no the size I signed off on. When I saw the teeth I immediately said something to the dentist. He refused to listen, said "I am not going to argue, this is a dentist office." He then sent some lady in, she insisted that I take the teeth and "try them". The ************* had gone through 3 dentist during this year. I called my insurance company to report them and found that they charged my insurance in February for dentures that were not even in the process of being made until November. I paid $300 out of pocket for tempory dentures that I was never able to wear because they were so big, even with their lining and glue the teeth would not stay in my mouth. No refunds are given on tempory dentures either. They don't even deserve the single star rating.

      Perfect Smile Dental will not schedule a future appointment without an insurance provider. Is aware of Medicare coverage issues current but their manager of today (no more recent than a week into employment) says that violating such a policy, no matter how it may impinge upon the client, would cause for her termination. This creates discrimination and she stated she was clearly aware of such. Overall the state has failed to adequately provide benefits and Perfect Dental gave no indication of escalating the known concerns internally as it has been of issue for months. .. Sounds like people shuffle names and titles only to present importance not adequately address concerns or issues preventing access to care.

      Horrible customer service-when I tried to explain to them that their automated voice message system was faulty they dismissed me rudely and with a cruel tonality told me I was being condescending. I tried explaining that I’ve worked in the tech field and with AI but they said they don’t care. I tried explaining how they could confuse older patients or other demographics and they wouldn’t let me speak. After they wouldn’t let me get a word in-I said “what the h**l” or something along those lines and they said goodbye and hung up. Tried calling back to file a complaint-got hung up on a few times. Finally got through to someone who neglected to acknowledge her associates errors and attitude problem but did say she’d look into the AI. From my perspective; everyone in the customer service field needs to have their attitude checked if they want to keep their jobs and be successful.

      I needed to get a root canal from this location. I am going to keep this very simple. I do not recommend that any working person or persons with self respect to one's health go see seek medical care from anyone in this office. I got a root canal paid a co-pay of more tham $200. I never got to view my exrays before the procedure or after the procedure. I came in with pain and left with pain. It was a waste of time and money. I reported this place to my insurance company, it is a fraud. I found a new doctor recommeded by the insurance company. I found out I received a particle root canal, The doctor did not complete the process and failed to mention I needed two root canals in the same area. The area was infected and I felt sick. This doctor wanted to place a cap over a incomplete job that was infected. I had trouble getting a appointment due to the no dentist was available to care for his patients. They start work on your mouth and do not finish it. I am requesting a refund and I letting the public know in Pittsburgh DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR MEDICAL CARE. You will regret it. It should be shut down. It is working under fraudulent conditions.

      Over priced. Charged me 650 and then put in a claim with my insurance company for the same amount. For tooth extraction I was billed almost **** dollars
