    This place is a joke my fiance had her hearing aids and hearing checked and when we went back to get her hearing aids repaired they did the repair and scheduled us to get her molds done but we had to cancel because her mother went into the ice the night before and we couldn't make the appointment so we canceled ... then we tried to reschedule an appointment but when we tried they said that we couldn't be seen because of a collections on the account and that the letters were sent to our old address which we NEVER received the letters and they want to now block us from getting stuff done there this place is a joke they could've told us twice about the account being canceled but they didn't so they need to be held accountable and let us be able to get what needs done and since we never received the letters at least let the account back open and let us pay the amount off I mean come on the time frame was during covid and we moved most likely before they sent the letters so it's not our fault that we didn't know about the account they could've even called us to let us know but guess that's not an option with this business we will obviously never be going back to this business with their ways of taking care of their customers....
