      I pay to have my trash removed and they haven't picked up in 2 weeks. I've called them and left messages. No one calls back. They took my money but aren't doing what I paid them for.

      Per our records, the customer did not have their trash out on 4/23/25. There was a new driver on this route 4/30/25 when it was supposed to be cleaned up. It was picked up in its entirety on 5/1/25 at 1:34pm as per the attached document.

      I had called 2 weeks ago to get all the facts on spring clean up as to we bought a house and there was a lot to be cleaned out I asked what was the limit amount you can put and what couldn't be put my call was recorded they said there wasn't a limit so we cleaned the hpuse out and have it ready and now they refusing to pick it all up and hang up when asked to speak to manager all they say is people make mistakes but now they refuse to take it all and return our calls and trying to get us to pay for a container

      On Tuesday April 8th 2025, I was contacted via email by ****** Borough, who provided photographic evidence concerning the volume of trash placed outside the residence of Mr. ******** located at the address listed. The Tyrone Borough expressed concerns that the Boroughs spring clean-out service was being misused.
      Subsequently, I engaged in a phone conversation with the Boroughs Code Enforcement Officer. Following our discussion, we mutually agreed that a limit of approximately ten (10) cubic yards of refuse constitutes a reasonable amount, as referenced under the "reasonable use" clause within our service agreement with the Borough.
      Mr. ******** upon being informed of this decision, disagreed strongly. The interaction escalated, during which Mr. ******* used profane language and raised his voice. Once the conversation de-escalated, I reiterated that the decision regarding the trash removal limit was mutually agreed upon between the Borough and Burgmeiers Hauling.
      Despite Mr. ********* dissatisfaction, I maintained that the determination stood as per the existing agreement. However, on Monday, April 14th, I was contacted by the Borough with a revised directive indicating that, after further review, all trash placed outside the residence must be collected.
      This updated directive was communicated to our crew immediately, and the refuse was fully removed from the property.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      Yes we are happy that it got picked up but we also feel we deserve an apology because we had called way before to do our research and asked questions on whether there was a limit or not and we was told there wasn't a limit then was refused to be able to talk to a manager about it because our call was recorded then they tried saying we never called til that day and accusing us of not doing our research we do feel bad for the workers that had to pick it up the meeting was brought to our attention that they just now decided to start making a limit therefore the codes guy realized we was in the right and that we did everything the right way so to close the case we would first like an apology because it was their mistake and not ours

      I am ****** of the first *************************** in *********, ************. I canceled service on September 26. I was informed that they would be picking up the dumpster The following week. They informed us that we could still continue to use it as long as the lid was closed. I have made three attempts to contact them to come get the dumpster as it is still sitting by my back door of my business filled with garbage and one of my calls. I was informed that they told me that the dumpster was already picked up when it is not been picked up. It is still present and it is still there as of today. I need this dumpster picked up as my service was canceled Well over a month and a half ago and I cannot get the business to come send anybody to come get it. I am now using pro disposal. Im no longer using their services and they need to come get their dumpster off my property.
