  We feel that we were scammed by Bill Davis Handyman Services. We contacted **** to install a new bathroom and replace flooring in our kitchen and foyer. This project should have taken a month or so; instead, he worked from March until October and never finished--he walked off the job! When we first met with him, he led us to believe that he was fully licensed, qualified and capable of doing the work and that he had a crew of five. Later we learned that he did possess a plumber's license and his crew of five was one man who worked approximately four hours per day and frequently did not show up at all. Since we verbally contracted with Bill in January 2024, our house remained a mess and our lives were put on hold for nearly ten months. Nothing that we contracted for is finished and most of what he has finished has to be torn out and finished by someone else. We feel that we have been scammed and mistreated and wish we could upload pictures to show his unbelievable shoddy work. We highly recommend that you do not hire him.

  First of all out of 300 jobs invoice I have one problem customer this one. They would say you can only work 3 days this week 2 days next week. Always going somewhere. You couldnt prepare to work a full week with these folks. As far as everything that had to be redone the part that didnt say it came from a backed up toilet. And the reason things took so long as this folks never wanted to pay they had several unresolved invoices.and I knocked almost 3000 off at the end because every time there was a list and got finished they had more. Complained about material prices agreed for a wall to be removed then when they had to pay they claimed we only worked 8 hours to move a wall we dont deserved to be paid what we asked. They had a drain put in a a light. As far as the bathroom. Then the husband would tell you o e thing ***** would say something different. They the husband always could not remember the conversation. As far as what was done was way more than what I got paid for. ***** was not going to pay anymore. Then she sent me a email saying just make the invoice paid in full and we will end this relationship here. So I did. Then 5 months after the toilet install it backed and ruined her drywall. She wanted me to pay for it. The funny thing she didnt want to pay no more until she had a problem. Then she sends me a email trying to black mail saying she was going to send complaints if I didnt fix or pay to have her drywall replaced. Ill tell you how bad this customer waz the guy I had with me has a it degree she had a computer issue I asked him to fix. First thing she said I give enough community service Im not going to pay u for fixing it. Like no one said a word to her. As far as pics I have those as well. I have great reviews at every ones house I ever did. This is the only complaint I have ever had. It was from entitled people. Then she said if I dont pay for her toilet that plugged up and ran to be fix she was going to call the irs and everywhere. ***** I pay my taxes.
