    I payed a month in advance at this motel $1,000) and quickly discovered the room was infested with bedbugs. After confronting staff I was told I could leave. Since I payed so much to stay I chose to finish my stay. That will not confront the issue of bedbugs which were mentioned in every Google review I saw, which I didn't look up until after the problem unfortunately. The police are here often, looking for drugs and drug addicts on the run. An employee even knocked on my door looking for someone the police were looking for...he entered without my permission (I'm a single female and I did not give my permission for him to enter) he then looked around and asked me if I knew so and so(which I did not because I am not from the area). The entire establishment is disgusting there are bed bugs and they refuse to do anything about it. The staff are unprofessional and unwilling to help.

    Hello!!

    I Am Rushi S**** Manager of Cedar Grove Motel,Altoona,PA. Responding the comp. No* ******** Dated 2/11/23

    Complainer never came or inform about such problems at the front desk and she completed her stay whole month with no remark,

    if Guest had problem then suppose to inform at the desk, or manager on duty but Guest didn't, and stayed two more weeks in the same room after complained ? How? we also checked after 

    Guest checked out but we didn"t find any problems as Guest mentioned! and if Guest had that kind of problem so we always happy to help,

    and if police in the property for some other reason so why should worry about, and maintanance man knocked  the door because need to know about any one 

    in the room without front desk knowledge, That was the only reason .
