    I ordered a pool $836.99 come to find out it was just it was just the pool liner. I sent it back to them and they only sent me $5 back. When I called and asked them they told me that it was dirty and had water specks on it. I told them that it came like that in a tore up box. They proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they can do.

    This buyer purchased a replacement pool liner from **, not a complete pool. The listing clearly stated it was just a liner the price was $836.99. The whole swimming pool sells for $1399.99. We sent him a prepaid return label to send the brand new liner back to us for a full refund. When we received the pool liner back he sent us back his old used pool liner that was 4 years old. (they are date stamped from the manufacturer) It was sun faded, full of water, and dirty. The buyer called us on April 10th and ask if he could buy the poles for his liner and we explained we did not have just the poles, but he could return the liner and buy the complete swimming pool. he did not want to do that as he only needed some of the poles. He never once said there was anything wrong with the liner during that phone call. This is clearly a bait and switch by the buyer. They thought they could get away with buying a brand new liner for their pool and send back their old used liner and get all their money back and have a free liner. We did only refund them $5.00 because they did not send us back the original brand new item we sent them. We took out the shipping and a restocking fee as we had the throw it in the dumpster as it was trash. We have photos of what we sent the buyer and photos of what we received back and we have forwarded them to the appropriate people so they know we are telling the truth, If this buyer wants to send back the brand new un-used pool liner we shipped them we will be happy to process the rest of the refund.
