The good feet store is a scam!!!!! They sold me at the store and was shocked by the price. Definitely just let the non-return policy go in one ear and out the other. For the price they are not worth it. Actually they aren't worth it at all even if I was given them for free I still wouldnt wear them. I wore them for 30+ days and my feet, knees and back hurt worse then before so I put my original orthotics in, crazy enough all that pain went away. I shouldn't have let them sell me a product that is s*** Now im out money and I still have to pay for them even though im not using them. What a joke they are. I wish I was able to just return them and stop paying. I dont even care about getting my money back.

I went to The Good Feet Store hoping to find some relief for my aching feet. What I walked into was the typical salesperson eager to push their product. He had me and my wife to step on their paper to get pressure points of are feet and was "fitted" for the 3-step insole system. Measured are feet a size and a half to small, after three trips to the storage room finally got shoes to fit us. That should have been a warning. Had us trying each insole walking around on their floor. The pain seemed to ease somewhat. With the salesman's promise that the insoles would fix my foot pain, knees and back pain, with a lifetime warranty for replacement. So, when he told me the price of $3,149.00, I about had a heart attack, with payments it would be $175.00 a month for 18 months interest free. Thinking how it helped my pain, what kind of price do you put on that. Feeling the pressure of the salesman and his promise. My head was spinning. I'll try it. Wearing each insole the specific time indicated on the chart. By the third and fourth day my feet wear in worse shape than before. The salesman called me the fifth day to see how the insoles were doing; I told him I wanted my money back. They said that the insole system was a medical device and there was a no return policy. With their hour fitting process, tactics and promises they convene you that their "special" fit insoles will fix your foot pain. After researching other insole insets, I found that I could have got the same thing for $600.00. Podiatrist charge for the average insole insert is around $800.00; this is a custom fitted. Takes about four weeks to get them. Un like GF store over the counter insole inserts. They're fleshing the people with their high-pressure tactics. I just want my money back from a product that doesn't work. Thank you for your help.
