  -paid $90 in cash in exchange for 8 training sessions
  -attended 2 training sessions, ceased attending because of verbal abuse to myself and witnessing of verbal abuse to others, as well as witnessing disturbing physical abuse to animals
  
  -i would like my money back, as i did not sign up to be verbally abused and humiliated in front of a group of peers, nor should someone be expected to continue witnessing physical abuse to animals.

  My review is attached in the documents to also review.
  My 5 month old corgi puppy and I attended out first class on Monday 2-27. Paid in full 90 dollars for 6 week class to be attended 1 time a week. Did not have an option to pay class by class and now I see why as I also attached all the outpouring responses I received about his dog school. We were learning the basics and due to my puppy being new and learning he would not go into a down motion. SHe started to yell at me and I became very irritated and asked her to come show me what she wanted me to do. She came and started to guide him but then when he resisted she took his scruff, pinned him down so hard he began to cry, scream and yelp for 30-60 seconds. It was all so fast and TRAUMATIZING. I did not react as i was struck with fear and she continues to yell and belittle me. My dog did strike back and nipped her hand and then she went off saying that he will be horrible and dogs should never bite. Mind you he was shaking in fear and very upset aslo. I would like not only a refund from this business but also this place to be investigated for animal abuse. Something NEEDS to be done

  Dear M*. ******: 

  I represent Linda B***** and Shadyrock School for Dogs. I am enclosing a check in the amount of $90.00 refunding your payment for the obedience classes. I am also enclosing a copy of the screenshots of Facebook posts by you and some of your Facebook friends. 

  Pennsylvania Statute 18 Pa.C.S. § 2706 (a) (1) defines terroristic threats as follows: A person commits the crime of terroristic threats if the person communicates, either directly or indirectly, a threat to: commit any crime of violence with intent to terrorize another. Pennsylvania Statute 18 Pa.C.S. § 2709 (a) (4) defines Harassment as the following: A person commits the crime of harassment when, with intent to harass, annoy or alarm another, the person communicates to or about such other person any lewd, lascivious, threatening or obscene words, language, drawings or caricatures.

  Please be advised that Linda B***** has made a report with the Altoona Police Department in light of the terroristic nature of the Facebook posts.

  Effective immediately, you are strictly prohibited from entering the private property owned by Linda B***** located at **** ** ******* *****t, Altoona, PA 16601, which includes the business, any parking area or any other portion of the property. Any attempt on your part to enter said property from this date forward shall constitute defiant trespass. Please rest assured Linda B***** will immediately contact a law enforcement officer to remove you from the property and to prosecute you for defiant trespass to the fullest extent of the law. 

  As you are well aware, the Facebook posts include comments against Linda B***** and her character. You are to cease and desist with making any accusations, innuendos  
  or remarks that even remotely suggest Linda B***** has engaged in animal abuse. Such accusations, innuendos or remarks are slanderous and defamatory to Ms. B*****'s character. My client will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law if you do not cease and desist immediately.

  Additionally, do not attempt to communicate in any fashion with Linda B***** as it will be deemed harassment.

  Please note ***** ****** from the Better Business Bureau is receiving a copy of this correspondence and the Facebook posts in light of the complaint you filed with the Better Business Bureau.
