      On July 24,2024 i purchased a puffco pro electronic device. the device stopped working later that night on July 24 2024. I went to the shop the next day An employee helped me get the device working. The device again stopped working on July 27th 2024. I want back to the shop on July 28th Of 2024 To get help again. The manager was very rude to me and told me I was not using the equipment correctly Keep in mind I've only used it For two days And he told me the atomizer was broke. He went to the back and Got a completely different atomizer And connected it to my device And it started working. I asked him what am I doing wrong that you can bring a new one out and it worked fine He said I'm not cleaning it. That is not a true statement the device was completely clean and I suggest that I should not have to buy a new atomizer after two days. He told me to leave his shop and refused to sell me a new atomizer because he said i have a attitude, but it was because the owner could of made things right there should be a return policy. There is no visible damage or anything to the atomizer my assumption is the device is faulty from the beginning.

      Customer came into the establishment on 7/24/2024 and purchased a Puffco Peak Pro electronic vaporizer.  The customer took the device home, used it and came back on the 25th with the device not working.  The staff took the time to get the device working and showed the customer what to do and the customer left.  The customer came back in on the 28th with the device not working.  Upon inspection of the device, the employee found excessive amounts of wax in the device's chamber.  The employee and I took an upgraded chamber and put it on the device and the unit worked fine. The customer admitted to updating the devices software which caused the devices heating chamber to stop working, tuhs being a manufacturer issue.  The customer was offered to purchase an upgraded chamber to resolve the issue but refused and demanded it be given to him for free.  He then threatened the business with a BBB complaint and was refused service.  He then went outside in front of our local schools junior high baseball team, whom were holding a fundraising car wash at a neighboring business, screaming and cussing while his minor child was in the car causing a scene to the point the police had to be called and his information provided to be trespassed from the property and all establishments.  The customer then returned again and opened the door saying "I can stand out here all day and talk to people and hold a sign".  The local police department came and took his information.  The customer left a 1 star review on Google.  The customer then returned on 7/29/2024 to purchase the upgraded coil, after being refused service, causing a scene, leaving a 1 star Google review and trespassing and was refused service again.  The customer then made threats to myself and the business, which are all on camera with audio. The customer then went to the business FaceBook page on 7/31/2024 and proceeded to leave his displeased comments on our posts and report them.  The customer was then banned from the social media platform page.  The customer has been permanently banned and trespassed from all locations.

      Attachments show signage outside of the business as well as our posted signs inside the business.  Also included are the receipts of purchase where the customer used their loyalty account and the receipt showing the no returns, no echanges, no refunds at the bottom.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      I was hospitalized on August 8th to the 21st and have proof so I did not have access to my Email so this is my 1st time seeing this though and I disagree with his story and my reviews and comments were honest and should stand on Google reviews so customers can read my honest review.

      Well ive been away at a Veterans hospital and this is my 1st time reading the letter about the situation. Their wasent excess wax and the owner kicked me out he never offered me a opportunity to buy a new replacement instead he kicked me out. But that is fine I will admit I did handle some of the situation wrong but theirs lies in his story too but I don't want to deal with thus anymore and I am speaking to the manufacturer now to resolve the issue

      Can I request the video that the owner refers to in his side of the complaint? What he said I believe isn't true and that would be a good piece of this to see. Thank you
