    I have been buying Grundfos zone pumps from ******** for years. My heating and cooling business told me to try one of the bigger pumps for my main pump on a seven-pump system. I did that. The first one didn't last a full year. I returned it to ******** and they replaced it under warranty. The next one only lasted about four months. I put it in my wife's car intending to return it. Since it was summer I forgot about it. I took it to ******** in September. The employee I gave it to said this only has a month left on the warranty. Since you already had one go bad I will have to call our supplier. I called him three times since and he told me he hadn't heard from the supplier and that he would call again. He never did. I was telling the story to a man who is knowledgeable about the pumps, and Pennstan. I told him how they keep putting me off, I told him the warranty had expired but I felt it was okay because I had gone to them before the warranty expired. He said they are know for that, so now I'm reaching out to you.

    I spoke with ****** on Tuesday December 10th. Told him I was the PC Manager and the letter was the first I heard about the pump.

    ****** is bringing the old pump back and getting a full refund.
