    I have paid these people up to date for storage and without proper notice, they disposed of all of my personal property which is almost everything that I own. They are now refusing to tell me who it was that is in posession of my property so that I can attempt to retrieve it as my birth certificate and Social Security card were in one of the boxes as well as my mother's ashes. I just want my property returned.

    B&D PROPERTIES HAS BEEN IN EXISTENCE FOR APPROXIMATELY 34 YEARS.  WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER AND HAVE EXCELLENT RECORD KEEPING AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTATIONS. 

    THIS TENANT FAILED TO MAKE REGULAR MONTHLY PAYMENTS AS NOTED IN THE SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT WHICH IS ATTACHED.  THERE WERE NEVER ANY LATE CHARGES APPLIED TO THIS ACCOUNT.  ONLY A $30 FEE FOR A CERTIFIED LETTER AND RECEIPT AS IS ALSO ATTACHED.

    THIS UNIT WAS LOCKED UP FROM 11/25/2023 AND A CERTIFIED LETTER WAS SENT DUE TO NO PAYMENT BEING RECEIVED SINCE 07/18/2023.  WE DID TRY TO CONTACT HER SEVERAL TIMES REGARDING PAYMENT.  WE WERE VERY LENIENT IN ALLOWING HER TIME TO BRING HER ACCOUNT TO A CURRENT STATUS.

    THE CONTENTS OF THE STORAGE UNIT WERE DONATED TO SEVERAL ORGANIZATIONS.  THERE WERE A FEW IRREPLACEABLE ITEMS SUCH AS FAMILY PHOTOS AND A BOX MARKED "MOM'S WEDDING DRESS" THAT WERE PLACED AT OUR FACILITY FOR HER TO RETREIVE.  SHE WAS MADE AWARE THAT THESE ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE TO PICK UP.

    UNFORTUNATELY, A BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD WERE NOT DISCOVERED.
