      Absolutely horrible. Housing ladies are rude and disrespectful. Internet never works. Maintenance says they'll fix it and never do. Apartments have mold in them (even the renovated ones). The event houses are not in use anymore even though the complex advertises Barrels and Beans (its a storage building that still has the Barrels and Beans logo). Locks on bedrooms and doors to get into the apartments sometimes lock on their own. The code that is given to you to open the door is not secure whatsoever. If someone knew where to look, you could easily find their code. The doors to get into the apartments sometimes just don't open when you input the code and you are locked out. claims internet is "50/50" (50 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload), this is completely false as i struggle to open youtube on my phone or computer. If i had known this place was this bad, i would not have signed the lease. if you are going to penn state altoona, live anywhere else but here.
