    I can not say any bad words about any of the boys from this company. I've dealt with every single one of them for my towing needs. They have always been priced fairly and have given myself, friends, and family exceptional service. If services do not accept them as the tow company we still get them to do all the tows and pay out of our own pocket. I personally wouldn't trust anyone else with any of my vehicles or things that need hauled that a regular truck and trailer can or will not haul. The dedication each and everyone of these boys has to their clients and customers is amazing. The skills each one of these boys has is some of the best because they were trained and mentored by one of the best in the business in this area. They will treat you like family and that is one of the things I love most about all of these boys. Owner ** is a true inspiration for others he is one of the most positive people i have had the privilege of meeting in life. Through all his life hardships he still has amazing character and an amazing heart. I am happy to say these guys are my tow guys. If you call these guys once you won't be disappointed with service. They put in long days and nights as a team to get the job done for their clients. Always dedicated and always hard working. Love being able to see them continue to grow.

    Team Tig price-gouged my insurance company yesterday, trying to extort an additional $400 after agreeing to do the job for an already outrageous towing fee when we broke down on State Route 99 just south of *******, **. There will be no saving ***** coming from this shady company to anyone stranded in the dark, in the middle of nowhere. After waiting HOURS on the side of the road for Team Tig to man up and get their rig rolling to help us - during which my insurance company kept telling me in multiple phone calls TEAM TIG WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE WAY BECAUSE THEY HAD ACCEPTED THE *** AND BEEN APPROVED AS THE DESIGNATED TOWING COMPANY - I called Team Tig myself and pleaded with them to come. I told them I couldn't understand the hours of delay since my insurance company said they were supposed to be coming. I was so desperate I offered to pay them myself out of pocket if they would just agree to show up (mind you, it is now after dark on a Saturday night and in the middle of nowhere). And the Team Tig representative who took my call said he would call his boss to get permission to come, and once he had an answer, he would call me back. Did he ever call me back? No. I waited another half hour and called my insurance company, who called Team Tig again - and was told that they wouldn't do the tow for the agreed-upon price of $878.50 - now they needed another $400 from us. And so, we did get towed two hours later, and we're grateful to ********* and ********** Towing for their courteous and kind response when we needed it the most. This review's intention is simply to alert anyone needing a tow in the *******, ** area to look for another company. ******** needs to stop spewing lies and start serving stranded and desperate people who depend on businesses like theirs to help when awful things happen on the road.
