    I live in ******** condominiums and management has hired an outside contractor to do renovations to the hallways. Over the past two weeks this contractor has been destroying my property, leaving paint, debris, drywall pieces, glue, and Spackle all over my front door (which I own, not the HOA or management and am responsible for maintaining. have sent 8 emails to management and upper management and submitted at least 40 photographs, submitted 6 maintenance requests and nothing has been done. In fact the maintenance requests were closed without being addressed. Today, I photographed my door again at 5:00 am and it still was not cleaned. When this contractor came to work (around 9:30 am) I approached him and asked him why my door was not cleaned (for the fifth time) and why the rug in front of my unit was still covered with debris which is being tracked into my home. He said he cleaned it yesterday, which is a lie since I have photos from yesterday and today. I opened my door three more times today and on the third time there were two 4" x 5" blobs of white paint splattered on my door, which was done consciously and intentionally. When I approached this contractor he laughed in my face and refused to clean it. Again, I own this door and I just had it painted last year. This is destruction of my property.

    Thank you for your letter, I do whole heartedly agree this is worthy of a prompt and thorough response. I have also attached documentation to support my statements, including a Cease & Desist letter to the claimant from the condominium associations attorneys, as well as email exchanges between myself & *************  As of today our team has completed the renovation of 11 floors, servicing no fewer than 350 residents without incident. As of 11/14 we began our 5th and final week on ************** floor, which is the week that all doors get sanded and painted, followed by all the carpet getting disposed of and replaced.  LCGC Inc. has never done business with this claimant, nor would we ever be inclined to citing her verbally abusive antagonistic behavior towards not just OUR team, but every employee of her building as well, from management to the concierge and the maintenance team who is forbidden from performing work for her. These are by no means the first false claims that this resident has made towards any contractor or ********* Condominiums itself. The attached document #5 is exemplary of this unwell individuals penchant for creating needless stress for everyone, wherever and however she can despite having lost all credibility within her community. As you may read in attached documents #1 & #2, this individual has lost all privileges of the community message board for similar false claims such as this one to the BBB.

    To swiftly quash the false claim of destroying property, I have photographed this residents door and surrounding areas every single day of the renovation following vacuuming & mopping of floors and have submitted those photos each day to the **************** Residential management personnel that oversee operations in that building. This has been my standard practice in anticipation that this residents irrational antagonism would only escalate once we were actually working on her floor. In fact the timeline of the entire 18 month project was rearranged at the recommend of the board and management to avoid issues with this particular individual that would arise at any time with any contractor. She has expressed repeatedly that she finds people who perform construction to be lesser individuals not performing real jobs. There has been no deviation in work performed or behavior of employees on THIS floor compared with the previous 11, nor with this particular resident. In fact I am proud to say that all feedback I have received has met or exceeded the expectations of the hundreds of residents weve had the pleasure of encountering, as well as the association who has hired us. No such conversations that the claimant says she had with any of our employees occurred, rather she has called them animals and suggested that they should die, these comments being just the highlights. However all of her comments written and verbal do violate the associations Code of Conduct as stated in attached documents #3 & #4.

    The date of the Cease & Desist should indicate that ************** harassment of me personally began nearly a full year before we ever stepped foot onto her floor. To date she has never taken the opportunity to speak with me directly, rather she offers only aggressive insults to me via email and has invented an entirely false history of me that I believe to be a result of poor internet research. We will be completed on this floor by the end of the week and are anxious to remove ourselves from the hostile work environment that ************ has created for me and my team. If there are any photos, further documentation or statements of reputation I can provide to you in assessing the unworthiness and untruthfulness of these claims made against our company, please let me know.

    The statements in this response are nothing but delusional lies by a delusional, unethical, individual. This company hired unqualified, uninsured workers to do a job in a building that REQUIRES insured workers. Many are non-English speaking, illegal immigrants that this company has taken full advantage of including non-payment. These workers are not professional which is why my door (which I own) is damaged as the damage was done on *******'s instructions. She is a liar and her lover or whatever he is has no clue what is going on in this building as he is never here. ******* has been reprimanded for her extremely, FOUL, LOUD mouth, smoking in and on a non-smoking property, harassing staff and accusing people of stealing her belongings -- which is also a lie.  There have been numerous complaints about her unprofessional behavior and rude, belligerent nature. Also, I had to file a complaint with the CEO of ************ Residential about her and her unprofessional workers WHICH IS WHY THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED to paint my door since she instructed them to do the damage. This so-called woman is delusional,  foul-mouthed, and (like I said) a liar. Plain and simple. She has used my business email address (which she is not allowed to do) to send me incoherent, harassing emails and has continued to harass me. You will soon be receiving quite a few more complaints about this company. I want to be reimbursed for the door that ******* instructed her workers to damage. I am not interested in her lies or anything that she has to say, as it is all lies. I have hundreds of photos of the damage she instructed her workers to do over a period of several weeks

    This company should be investigated for its unethical and unprofessional business practices especially being in cahoots with the former condo president, which is how this company got the project in the first place.
