    There are 3 transaction dates, June 19, 20, 22. On June 19, 2023 I purchased 2 panes of window glass at the total cost of, $16.55 each, plus tax my bill was 35.09. . On June 20th, much to my dismay I had to purchase 4 panes of glass at the same size and the cost was $20.65 per pane of glass. My bill came to 82.60 plus tax the total was 87.55, and the corner of one of the panes was chipped, however I was able to work around it. On June22, I had to purchase 2 additional panes of glass and the price came to$16.55 each plus tax. in reviewing all of my receipts I was over charged on June 20th. I asked to speak with a manager but he was not in the building. My bill for the 4 panes of glass should have been $66.60 plus tax 3.97 approx. I want a refund of the over charge of approximately $16.98

    We have resolved this complaint with our customer, **********************  ***********, owner of GM Deck & Sons, Inc. called and spoke with ********************* via the telephone todays' date, Thursday July 20, 2023.  Our customer misunderstood the product availability and pricing of glass sheets to be cut. On June 19th and the 22nd we had 24 x 30 sheets of glass available to cut to size which were priced at $16.55 per sheet. On the 20th we did not have any 24 x 30 sheets of glass available. We only had the 24 x 36 sheets of glass which are priced at $20.65 per sheet. Please see attached glass price list with size & price pointed out and a full copy of our stores price list for Glass.
