      This business has committed to pay drivers for services rendered but has failed to do so. Ive noticed that they already have a D rating. Is there something further that can be done?

      I was let go from my job on February 8, 2024 without any notice of no fault of my own due to my position being eliminated in the ** and being outsourced overseas. I have 96 hours of PTO left that I accrued that they will not pay me out, for they will not give me a reason as to why they will not pay me for those 96 hours of PTO.

      When we first booked the load it was 11 feet wide. When we arrived at the shipper we were told that we had to take another load that was 16 feet wide. We asked them for more money and explained to them that it would take longer to deliver it because we had to have escorts and permits from each state.We delivered an oversize load from ****** ** to ******* **. The customer agreed to pay ** $1325.00. After the load delivered they had 30 days to pay and they refuse to pay us.They said the reason they did not pay is because we did not deliver the load on the date that is on the rate con. When we picked up the load we explained to them that it was not going to deliver on that date because it was impossible and illegal. They told us to deliver as soon as possible, and we did. Now that we are trying to get paid they are using that as an excuse not to pay us.
