On the 13th of August I purchase a flight to ******** using Travel junction and this company Charge my credit card twice for same transaction. I was in contact with this company when I noticed that my card was charge twice and this company refused everything stating that they only charged my card for what we agreed. I immediately informed my credit card to dispute this transaction that this company refused to acknowledge. My credit card later on found that, the duplicate charge was charge by this company and the company told my credit card that I gave them the permission to charge my card for the amount. I immediately reach out to this company that they are responsible for the charge on my credit card that my credit card informed me that they are responsible. That is when they own up and promised to return my money back .Until date, the company has said nothing about my refund each time I try to reach out they will not answer my call and if I use a direct phone number to reach this company , once they get the phone and noticed that I am the calling they will ask me to wait to be directed to the right person to get my call and they will direct my call to a phone line that will be ringing for ever and no one

I'm ***********, I had a bad experience and would like to ask for help from the BBB.At 9:30am on May 3, 2024, I used ****** Flight to check air tickets. The website showed that a TravelJunction website was the cheapest. It attracted me with a price of ***** Canadian dollars. I booked a flight at TravelJunction. According to Canadian dollar to US dollar exchange rate, I paid A total of US$818.7 and received the reservation email right away. But around 12:00, I received a call from TravelJunction. They informed me that the ticket price had changed, from the previous US$818.7 to US$1,097.80. I discussed with their customer service: Your price is higher than other websites. I have only booked it for 2 hours. Can I cancel it? The customer service staff said that cancellation was not possible. I said: I booked on your website because your prices are lower than other travel websites, but you cannot attract customers with low prices and then increase the ticket price after booking. This is obviously misleading and deceiving consumers. This has never happened to me when I booked through Booking and Expedia. It is clearly stated on the website that Best Price Guarantee. The price seen by the customer should be the real price, and the price paid for the reservation should be the final price. The price should not be forcibly increased after booking. Customers cannot cancel and must unconditionally accept and pay the increased price. This is unquestionable fraud. I have never come across such a deceptive website in the ***Reservation Number:XP606806 My request: keep the reservation price of US$818.7. I do not accept cancellations.I have the video evidence, but BBB won't accept uploading video files. Attachment 5. A video. After discussing with them to no avail, when I re-entered the website at 1:17 Pacific Time, the price was still displayed at US$818.7. (This is important: prove once again that they are cheating customers)

Purchased 3 flights to Las Vegas in 2019. 1 week after booking covid lockdowns happened, the company was contacted and refused and sort of refund. I then canceled the payment through the credit card. 2 months after being canceled the credit card company gave money back to business and became a mediator. I agreed to the credit I was offered. Last year we contacted to use credit and the said it expired even though I never received a email stating it was to be used by a certain date. After many phone calls we were pushed to take a refund of 1063.25 after paying over 1800.00. I was sent a email where I replied I agree to refund. I was told I would get itt 10 to 15 days after. We never received refund and was told for 3 months after calling everyday that it was on the way. In January of this year I was told we were not getting the refund but we would be credited the amount and we had till December 23 2023 to use it. We phone back in September to use it and we're told that we have no credit and no refund.

This website is a scam, they sent me FAKE barcodes for a flight. Called me about an hour later told me my flight would be hundreds of dollars more and if I decided not to book a flight with them I would be out (originally they tried to get me more $300 a ticket) its states on their website that if you cancel a flight its $200 per ticket but THERE WAS NO REAL FLIGHT BOOKED. Afraid they were going to take the price of the tickets out of my account I paid the $400 dollars. A fraudulent alert popped up and I still paid out of fear then you are forced to write an email to them saying I agreed to pay them because they know that they are fraudulent!! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE

I was purchasing a flight reservation online and was redirected to the "partner" site of traveljunctionus.com by the consolidator (I think it was *****).I entered my card details and believed I had purchased my flight, and received an email confirmation. However, there was no confirmation from the *airline*, so I became suspicious and looked at ****. There was at least five screenfuls of one-star reviews and complaints about the vendor trying to upsell the customer and/or charging a fee to cancel the reservation. So I locked my card. I also looked at the "confirmation" and read the barcode into the barcode reader in my phone. The barcode just said "**********."In a few minutes, I got both a call and an email from the vendor. I returned the call and the agent told me there were no more seats in Economy but I could be seated in the main cabin for $195 additional. I responded that I wanted to cancel the reservation, was told there would be a fee, and I said "no, we're not doing it that way." I was transferred to another agent with better English-language skills and he re-iterated the upsell or the cancelation fee. I told him that I'd locked my card, he tried to tell me that my card had already been charged (I knew it hadn't), and he hung up.
