    I purchased a firearm from this brand recently and I went to disassemble the firearm to clean of factory oil and inspect before taking it to the range. A nut that connects the barrel to the rest of the firearm would not loosen. The product came with a proprietary wrench that only bent while I tried to loosen the nut. After finally getting the nut loosened enough to turn it, it stripped itself out as it had been so tightly fastened at the factory. I have sent them several emails since last week including a photo of the damaged/defected product. They have not responded. They do not answer their phone and you cannot even leave a message, which is not professional. Customers do not seem to be a priority to this business. I want to arrange with them to return the firearm and have my money fully refunded.

    I purchase a product from this company December 13 of 2024 from one of their distributors. Is a firearm and is suppose to come with a magazine extension that includes a sling mount. I received the firearm with the magazine extension but it is missing the sling mount. I have been trying to contanct this company since then so i can get the mag extension replaced for whats advertised in their website and you tube videos, i have called every day, sent 2 tickets thru their site, emaild them 3 times and theres no response. They dont answer the phone and cant leave a voice mail. Theres are other customers complaining about the same thing. Would like this just have the iteam replaced with the one advertised
