      Put in a claim through the water company. They came out and dug up my concrete sidewalks and replaced area with blacktop. This paving company was supposed to come out and replace black top with concrete so that sidewalks were original material. It is now November if 2024. Starfursky shows up randomly on 11/21/2024 and digs up the black top and leaves never to return . Mind you we had a major snowstorm on 11/22/2024. My son called and spoke to ***** on 11/22 was told by ***** that it would be completed on Monday 11/25. It is now 11/25 and no one showed up to do that work. Son Called back and spoke with ***** again who said they should be out today, if not then possibly Wednesday. I have called water company dozens of times who called Starfirsky to complete this and they have not. ******** company that refuses to do work and LIES to customers. I want my sidewalks fixed and I want it done the RIGHT way.

      This complaint was taken care of a few weeks ago. The reason for the initial delay on the sidewalk was that the owner complained he wasnt able to get into his driveway so they filled the sidewalk back in and came back another day.
