    What a complete mess? Ive been coming here for years only to get disrespected by ***** at the front desk in regards to my insurance. We had to reschedule the last few appointments because an ex employee said everything was fine with insurance until my husband showed up with my son. Now 4 months later, I reach out and she says after grilling me about how much time she spent with my husband that Im aggressive. She proceeds to tell me that the guy who helped me is now FIRED as if that makes any sense or changes the scenario. I asked her if she treated any other patients that wasnt black that way or called them aggressive. She went on to say that there was no office manager and that ****************** was too busy to talk to me. I made sure she knew she was of ignorant and I would be in personally.

    I was a patient at the clinic for about 3 years and had done fillings, crowns, and cleaning. This review is to share my experience with the services provided at the clinic. Positive: • On-time – yes, minimal wait time in the waiting room. • Accept dental insurance. • Care quality = good (scale: poor, good, excellent). • Quick turnaround time – in and out fast. Negative: • Very poor hand hygiene - never seen the Dr. or other staff wash hands. I observed the Dr. finish oral examinations, take his gloves off, and walk out of the room to examine the next patient without even using hand sanitizer. • Fast-paced environment – the goal is to get the patient in and out fast. No time for patient comfort or working within the patient’s comfort level. • Poor price transparency – at my last encounter with the clinic, I was advised that it is the responsibility of the patient to ask how much each procedure will cost. The clinic is not responsible for advising you about the out-of-pocket cost of various procedures. In conclusion: If you are looking for an average to good dentist that is always on time and will get you in and out ASAP, this is the place for you. If you are looking for a dentist that will have time for you, the individual patient, time to clean hands, and time to find the best option for you, it may not be the dentist for you.

    Horrible to patients, money hungry, they ask customers to leave good reviews in exchange for free product, even suggesting to change username each month. False advertising, low quality services and care.
