      On 3/18/2024, I shopped at Goodwill, W. Mifflin, at 12:15 pm. I bought a hat marked $3.50, told clerk, Xavier, I needed a sr. discount. I handed him a $10 bill; he did not place it on top of the register. He put it inside. He handed me $2.37 change. I said, "I gave you a $10 bill." He argued repeatedly for 5 min. & said it was a $5 bill. False. I asked for money back. He refused. I asked to speak to the Manager. Xavier said he is the Manager. Ann is the Manager. Xavier kept telling me he opened the register with two $10 bills. It was 12:15 pm. Store opened at 10 a.m. I called main office in S. Side on Mon., No one answered the phone. I sent an email on their website asking for a refund. They ignored me. I spoke to 2 corporate officers on Tues. who referred me to Andrew M***** to handle it. After trying to call 6x, the phone kept going blank; there was no recorder. I sent an email to Mr. M***** requesting a $5.00 refund. He did not respond to my phone call or email.

      A few more tidbits on the above.  I called Goodwill Store in
      West Mifflin.  A guy named Kevin answered.  I asked him who is
      the Store Manager.  He said they were not permitted to disclose the 
      name.  Then, he proceeded to interrogate with why was I calling, what
      is my name, what is the reason for my call.  He said the Manager was not
      in.

      Attached is a copy of the receipt.  Note that the $10 bill I gave Xavier B is
      not recorded on the receipt.  Almost all stores that I go to show the dollar
      amount given with the change due.  Goodwill store does not show that.

      Attached is an email that I sent to Mr. M*****.  As I
      thought, no response.  I doubt that there will be any
      response.

      When I spoke to 2 top executives, one said he did not
      think anything could be done about it since it was Tues.
      Well, I called the main store on Mon.  No one answered the
      phone.  I sent an email on Mon. to their address on their
      website.  Again, no response.  You can see that Goodwill
      will take your donations and your money.
