      I was charged 28 dollars for 2 pizzas that should have been only 22 plus change according to the menu THEY post on their internet home page. I walked in the snow to get it and it was also only about Two thirds cooked all the way.

      I called and placed my order with ***** @4:33pm. I gave her my order: cheese steak & sauce with American cheese no onions, pizza cheese steak no onions, 2 tiramisus, XL Plain pie w/Sweet sauce, XL Pepperoni w/Traditional sauce and 2 *****( sp?!) Orange drinks. ***** was having problems with her computer & had to ask another employee how to get out of that certain screen. She told me my order came to $62.28 and I continued to give her my card information, as she REPEATED IT OUT LOUD, ALONG WITH MY EXPIRATION DATE AND SECURITY CODE!!!!!6:10pm, the Delivery boy gets here. I shook my head before he could say anything & told him he had the wrong order- he told me to look at the receipt, that's exactly what I ordered. I told him I wasn't signing for it, to please get it straightened out! At 6:12 pm BOTH he & I were on our phones, calling Ashland Pizza. ***** wasn't helpful at all, so she handed the phone off to ******. ****** told me I needed to send the ONE smaller pizza they sent back with the delivery driver & I informed her I didn't take ANYTHING from him, he still had it- she asked me if I'd take what WAS correct - I agreed and informed her I would NOT be signing the receipt until I got my delivery in full. She told me she'd be sending the 2 XL Pies out along with the 2 tiramisus ASAP!6:25pm, I call to check on WHERE my pizzas were, ****** told me they needed to RECHARGE me an extra $16.96. I asked to speak to the Owner, she took my name & number & said she'd have him or his wife call me. & She was sorry I got in an argument with the delivery boy- I laughed, I have 6 surveillance cameras, TWO of them are on my FRONT PORCH & have audio - I was respectful to that boy!8:10pm The older delivery man came and brought my pizzas and tiramisus & apologized on their behalf. I talk loudly, so he overheard the entire conversation & SAID it was all that *****'s fault! TODAY @10:01 am I called & it went to voicemail TODAY @10:02am I called and was put on hold
