My mother in law got green light solar and told us about it so we decided to get it too because we live in the country and I raise dogs to make money cause I stay home with my family, and we definitely needed solar with back up batteries to my kennels incase power went out we wouldn't have to worry. The representative came out told us all the stuff we would get and how much it would save us a month, and how much it would be , so we signed. When they came to install they didn't have anything they promised. No batteries, nothing. So we called told them to take it back and they were like oh, you have to get another loan for those batteries and then the price was different then originally agreed apon. The only reason we needed solar was for my kennels and we needed those back up batteries we were promised. Anyhow the panels never made hardly any power and we have supposedly the state of the art ones 37 panels believe and they don't work worth the money we are paying out for them. We called them to come look, no one ever would, they said its fine just too shady out. Then couldn't get anyone on phone. So we called one number we had from the installers and we have the saved message where that person said stop calling him, he would have legal get ahold of us? We stopped making payments when they refused to take our calls or come see why our system is crap and that's the only time they would contact us!! My husband is a disabled veteran on a fixed income and they lied and scammed us. Now Good Leap LLC calls us several times a day demanding money. They put padlock on meter since we won't pay. We told then we don't want there service , they said we owe them 75,000 , I said come get your panels. They said they don't come get them. We just want them to come get there stuff and leave us alone. They have also done my mother in law the same way. Now won't take her calls. You can't get ahold of anyone unless you don't pay!! Feel very taken advantage of. Thank you.
