    I purchased items on 9/26/22 with a shipping time of 5-10 days I have screenshots of the information I paid $135 for items from element vape where I paid additional money for expedited shipping which aex does not offer.I have spoken to several customer service representatives the first on 10/14 named ms.Lee who guaranteed me that it would be delivered Monday 10/17 after I had continually asked to speak to a manager I was told a manager would call me which never happened. I have spoken to the same woman on Monday 10/17 who still refuses to allow me to speak to a manager.also my package has still not arrived she assured me several times that I would be receiving a call from the manager who was attempting to “find a driver” however the first contact I had with the company on 10/17 with a woman named Katie told me they had no idea where my package is and that she would contact the driver and call me back no such call was received within an hour which is when I called back and got the rude Ms.lee on the phone who told me that representative had left the building and informed me that the driver had not showed up for work which is very suspicious considering the woman Katie could not give me any info after a 20min call but ms.lee after 2 mins gives me the information. Then ms.lee continues to tell me I cannot speak to a manager and begins to get very loud and irate with me and repeated speaks loud and over my voice to tell me it will be there tomorrow over and over again this company is now holding my package hostage it feels. My order number is *********** this company needs to be checked as I know for a fact I am not the only one to experience this sort of treatment through aex

    the package was shipped to the wrong *** cross dock from We Ship.    As a result it had to be sent to the correct delivery cross dock in *******, **, which resulted in a delay.   The package was delivered on 10/18/24. 

     

    I am not sure who ***** is because, at the time, we have no one with that name in our *** **************** team nor at the ********* or Hanover depots.  I am wondering is he might have initially contacted We Ship.    ********* did work at *** in the **************** department , however, she is no longer a member of the *** team.
