    Someone totalled my car last year. Highline was eager to get me into a new car before I recieved settlement. After evaluating the options they had on their lot, I went with a 2013 Jeep Wrangler because it was the only think that was in my budget, or so I thought. They promised to keep my monthly payment close to want my last payment was but they ended up charging me almost $500 a month for a 2013! As a single mom, and college student, working 2 jobs I felt like I had no other option. They even sold me the car wiht the passanger side mirror missing and had me come back a week later to put it on. Not even a month after having the car, it began to stall out. 3 months after having the car it had to go into the repair shop 3 times! I reached out and tried to get a new car but everyone kept ignoring my calls! When I finally got a hold of the owner and told him what was going on, he told me "well, we are a used car lot". In other words, he was telling me, "oh well, thats your problem now" . As I am approaching a year now of having the vehicle, it has been in the shop every other month! It has costed me more than it has helped me. Parts of the car have even rusted off the frame and I even had to get a mechanic to weld the struts back to the frame. SO they will refuse my calls when I complain about their terrible product but will blow my phone up if I am even a second late on payment. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If i would have known I would be going through this, I would have begged my insurance company to repair my totaled vehicle!
