Reference #******.I called inquiring about why I hadn't received replacement photos I was promised. On 4/15 I was given the above reference #. On 4/28 I was told my order had been printed and would ship shortly. It has yet to do so. Everytime I reach out to inquire where it is I get excuses. I want my order.Business Response

The parent submitted a service ticket on March 24th regarding an issue with the image. Our team promptly corrected the image and emailed the updated version to the parent. On April 8th, the parent approved the revised photo, and on April 10th, she requested a mailing address. We responded on April 11th with a reference number for the updated item.
A new package containing the corrected prints was shipped via **** on April 14th. As **** is responsible for delivery, we must allow sufficient time for the items to arrivedelivery can take up to four weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot control postal delivery times.
We inform customers of this timeframe when they inquire about delivery. I have reviewed our call logs from April 21st to the present and did not find any incoming calls from the customers phone number.
As a courtesy, I will have the order reprinted and shipped with tracking to ensure delivery by May 23, 2024.**** ******

I am rejecting this response because:
i have now recieved my photos. Nothing was ever sent to me in April as they claim. Also.....there were no calls showing up from me because ive been emailing them. You can close the complaint. But I don't accept their response. It's filled with blatant lies. I'd also like this reflected on any business page you have for them. Their customer service is atrocious.

I had an issue a few months ago that I thought had finally cleared up on June 26th, 2024.The issue was that we lost the check for an order with Pictures with Class on the way to school, and so we canceled the check that same day and never submitted the photo order form, due to the loss of the check. Somehow later, I received debt collection bills for the amount of the check of $11 + some kind of penalty fee of $25. The supervisor thought someone must've found the check and turned it into the company, although the order form was never with it, as we had brought the form back home. Therefore, I'm not sure why the check alone had gone through (despite the student's name directly on the check). This *** cleared things up by having me pay the separate $11 charge with CheckRedi (in AL) and she stated that the remaining fee would be waived, and all will be cleared. I received info from Tri-State Adjustments that they would need to connect with this picture company to get the clearance, as I can't do anything on my end, and it must be done in connection with the company directly.I thought everything was cleared as I received the OK from thr photo company and that nothing else was to be completed on my end. I am still receiving numerous phone calls from Tri-State Adjustments to continue collection on this matter and I need some kind of confirmation email or letter that this debt is incorrect and fully cleared. It's difficult to reach a live ***, and there is only 1 person who responds through email. She said not to worry it would be taken care of and she directed my message to her supervisor, who was "off on Friday" and was told I'd get a response on Monday. It's Wednesday. No answers and left message at this supervisor's extn with no response so far. I also searched for contacts and forwarded my email last week to the owner/director and accounting supervisor's email last week, also no *********** should not be this difficult to communicate with a company.Business Response

The customers check had bounced and then made an agreement to pay CheckRedi with a credit card. The credit card did not go through and there is still an outstanding balance of $11. We did waive the bounced check fee as well as provide the parent with her product as she agreed to make payment. If she does not respond to our final attempt to pay the outstanding balance of $11, the bounced check fee will be reinstated.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: This information is inaccurate/misleading, and not the information that was provided to me.Corrections:
1) As stated before-The only reason the checked bounced was because it was initially canceled by me the same day, because it was LOST, but somehow it landed with them (with no order form attached) and they went ahead and submitted the check without contacting me of having found the check.
2) The credit card that was used with CheckRedi did not have any issues. I've never had issues with debt collection, bounced checks, or credit cards that didn't go through (unless it was for outside fraud). My credit is excellent and this company was oddly quiet and not responding until I finally got BBB involved. The most recent email to me was that they were taking care of the issue and speaking with CheckRedi to clear things up. CheckRedi also stated that in their notes, I was in the clear and they remembered dealing with my situation back in June. They said they would also call this company to clear things up-I have not received a follow-up since stating otherwise.

Barksdale took school pictures at my Daughters highschool back in late August. Nothing was ever provided so i could order pictures. When i reached out in September I was given a code to use, however this code was only valid on picture day which did me no good. I reached out several times for info so I could purchase a picture package. I never got a response until October when someone by the name of ********************* emailed from from their customer support. She asked many questions about the school and my daughter etc... but never offered to help me order. She finally offered on Oct 18th to send me any package for free. I accepted and honestly did not pick a large expensive package. I picked what i would have paid for. I sent her the info including my address on Oct 24th. they claim it was mailed on Nov 7 and I had to wait until Dec 7th to file a complaint. . never got pictures. emailed again on Dec 7th and was told on Dec 12 that they remailed them and here we are 16 days later and still NO pictures. Original transaction date was 10/4/2022 Prepay for my sons school portraits. ID numbers got mixed up and there were doubles of a student with my sons name and my son didn’t receive his pictures. Thought the matter got straightened out when they finally found HIS pictures but they are still trying to send me the other students pictures and not HIS. I can never get through on the phone. Hello, I called and spoke to someone from Barksdale on the phone on Friday, December 2nd about my son receiving his school photo retake folder but there was no pictures inside and were missing. She took my information and said they were going to get mailed to me and I would be sent a confirmation email. I never received this email. I tried calling on 12/7. I waited for 25 mins, no one picked up the call. I emailed the company then on 12/7 about this issue, I got an automatic email response. I gave them the necessary information and have not heard from anyone via phone or email. I just my mom sons school photos that I paid for. November 10,2022 I purchased my children's school photos from Barksdale School Photos online website. My total was 50.50. I was immediately charged double, for a total of 101.00. After repeated attempts at calling customer service and sending emails to multiple individuals who's information customer service provided me with I am still without photos and still have not been refunded the extra 50.50 they overcharged me. I have provided a Mr. L. G**** (******@*****************.com) with my bank statements showing the double charged and was told the issue would be resolved quickly. Over 30 days later and I'm still without my photos and my refund of the 50.50 I was overcharged. My daughter had her school portraits taken for the ********* School and when I first contacted the company they informed me that we would receive them before the week of October 31. That date came and went and everytime I email, use the form to submit a equation or reach out on social I do not get a response. When you call they either don't pick up or hang up on you. Multiple bad reviews I. Social media and ****** are reporting these same issues. They are refusing to uphold their contract and give us what we have paid for.
