** ******************** came into my 1 wk old remolded house paint floors etc new furniture and literally used nothing to cover any of my house and items and ruined furniture I would like to have a professional cleaner brought in to resolve the issue which happened on 10-31-22

    Business Response

    Date: 11/10/2022

**.**** was not requesting a cleaning of his home or work area.  He requested from us a top to bottom home cleaning, with literally 19 pages of details and a cost of more than $15,000.  Due to this unreasonable request, we submitted this to our insurance.

After a thorough investigation by our insurance adjuster, the claim was denied.  In affidavits with threat of perjury, the technicians on the job swore under oath that they used a plastic shield and taped off the entire bottom of the steps they were working on, that **. ***** father-in-law or father (an older gentleman who was on the job site) saw the plastic shield, and **. ****'s **** video system will show the technicians bringing in the shield as well as taking it out when the work was completed.

Attached is a picture sent in by **. *********** Unless the dog in this picture can fly and flew to where it is standing, literally at the bottom of the our work area, the picture shows not a single dog print in dust on the floor.  Zoom in on it.  There is literally no dust right at the edge of the work area.

What really went on here?  **. **** says it all and I do thank you for at least stating one point of fact.  Quote “Mr Sandless came into my 1-week-old, remodeled house.  All he is trying to do is blame all the dust made in his home from his remodeling BEFORE we came there on us and to get us to pay for that cleanup.  **. ****,please ask the older gentleman if he saw the stairs taped off and check your Ring video for that day.  Mr. Sandless used care in preparing your stairs.  Your attempt to blame your newly remodeled home dust on us is unfair and wrong. You should have the remodeling company pay for the cleanup, or if you did the remodel yourself, you should pay for it.  We would be more than happy to come back and spend five minutes to clean up the stair area since you didn't allow us to finish the job, we didn't vacuum up that section as we thought we would be back the very next day.
