      ************************************************************************************ Bought several cheese steaks from this location tonight on November 1st 2024 it was absolutely disgusting. It was so greasy that the sticker wouldn't even stay stuck. Their video shows their proof of their negligence that they did. After getting home I called and the shift manager told me they couldn't control the grease in their cheesesteaks which I found was an absolute ridiculous response. It's best to be truthful so the owner of this franchise along with other customers can see the gods on his truth. Once I got home I opened the sub and I couldn't even open it because the cheese was melted too the wax paper that was all soggy so the top of the sub when in the garbage. The shift supervisor probably doesn't have the intelligence or common sense to understand that they have video on this night that shows me asking for a new sticker because the first one didn't work and then she gives me two stickers. I'm not looking for problems I'm looking to tell the God's honest truth. She never offered to make it right she said she would leave a message for the manager as I requested. She wanted to defend the greasy mess. It don't make sense over ****************** and my father have purchased from there and it's unacceptable.
