  Absolutely terrible service. Sometimes they'll pick my trash up and sometimes they'll just leave it. Lazy and unprofessional business practices. They have no problem sending the bill right to your mailbox, but have a hard time finding your can on the curb? They just suck, and they know it. But until they're held accountable, it'll never change.

  The Dunmore location is absolutely terrible. The garbage men will leave bags or not even come at all. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes trying to find out if our garbage is ever going to be picked up since it was supposed to be picked up Tuesday and is still sitting at the end of our driveway. Raise your costs and provide service like this, it’s amazing.

  In Philadelphia, trash haulers are prohibited from operating between the hours of 9 PM and 7 AM. MASCARO flagrantly violates this prohibition repeat by hauling trash at the Moffet Elementary School (127 W. Oxford St.) in the wee hours of the morning, oftentimes before 6 AM, while people are asleep. Some of us are in jobs where we need sleep (pilots, nurses, etc.). **MASCARO, if you are reading this, have some courtesy and knock it off** Videos of your driver and truck have been recorded for evidence to submit to Philly 311.

  This company is terrible!! I wish they didn't win contracts because they would be fired immediately. They don't pick up yard waste, then i call and they say they will call a supervisor, then you don't hear nothing after that, they just don't come to pick it up. They're lazy workers, the yard waste might be a little heavy but that's why there's 2 of them. What the hell do they think i'm going to do with it, its going to be sitting there again next week. Then they say the handles are broken on my plastic containers, yes they actually are, broken by their workers. I swear this area needs to get a different company, they don't want to do their jobs but want to collect their money, try doing that with somebody and see what happens.
