    I ordered a refrigerator microwave rental from mymicrofridge.com for my daughter in college who has a disability. My daughter is unable to lift heavy objects. This was the second year in a row that we ordered delivery because of my daughter's disability. On their website and on my receipt, it clearly states that the unit will be delivered to the room and that no one has to be present. Last year, this worked out fine. Yesterday, they delivered the unit to the hallway outside of her suite.When I called to complain and asked them to send someone to move it into her room, they said that we should have called to ask for special accommodation. This is ridiculous since they clearly state that the refrigerator will be moved to the room and no one needs to be present. Please see the attached receipt.Can you please help us with a speedy resolution?Thanks.
