    He was prompt in the initial service in August 2024 and made a follow-up to service call to make some repairs and adjustments, problem was not resolved. We have made numerous calls and texts to him to come back and resolve the issue. All we get is promises that he will show at a particular time, then he gives excuses on not being able to show up and then re-schedules and does not show again. He is not true to his word. The issue has been going on for 4 months. We have been more than fair with him but will no longer recommend his services. I have moved on from this guy.
