*his business is deceitful. *he plumber refused to give an estimate. He came to fix a crack in a pipe at the * and used a shark bite. He was st our home 30 minutes. He said he would cone back tomorrow. *his man was in our home for 2 hours. He brought a help each day and never gave an invoice. I called to see where our invoice was and he texted that he would come pick payment up for $880. 00.. when we asked him to provide a cost breakdown he said he didnt have to. He said he was in our home for 6 hours. We have him on camera at a total of 2 hours. We received the invoice a week later with a threatening letter. We paid this man and I would like to warn others of his unprofessional practices. Im only giving him one star to leave a review but it was an awful experience. FYI he says he also charged fir travel time he lives 15 minutes away.

These customer's are deceitful. I gave them everything they asked for including sending them copies of my invoices for their job. I was called out for 1 leak, it turned out to be multiple leaks. Her husband nearly took my fingers off with his garage door and ruined what I had been repairing. I've done this for almost 40 years and never had people so privileged and rude. Telling you the truth about taking you to the magistrate is in no way a threatening letter. You work, you get paid, I work , I get paid, it's all very simple. As for asking for an estimate, you had me there for 2 days, why not just ask me to leave? Oh, because you wanted the work done but not pay for it. I most definitely did break down the cost for you, you just didn't like it. I'll be sure and have as many plumber's as possible read all of this so they don't have to deal with what I did. Happy New Year, have a great life.
