    Date of Service: 9/5/2022, Arrival Time: 1:42pm EST Services Requested: Deep cleaning and wall washing for 2bd, 1ba apartment Total Amount Paid: $315.00 + $50.00 additional cash tip since services were completed on the holiday Description: I paid for an apartment deep cleaning plus wall washing and didn't receive either of these services. When the company arrived, there was only one person (the owner Uniquee) and he advised that there was an error with their website that allowed people to book on the holiday (Labor Day) and the original cleaning crew was off. I offered to reschedule my cleaning service, but Uniquee insisted that he can do the job on his own and said that it's ok because his calendar was clear for the rest of the day. This is why I gave him the extra $50 tip out of courtesy, but realize I should have thoroughly inspected the apt. first which was a mistake on my part. I left Uniquee the house key and he advised that he will contact me when he's also done. At 6:04pm, I texted Uniquee to get a status and he advised that it would be another 30 minutes. At 6:45pm, Uniquee texted me and told me the services were completed. I noticed that the shower wasn't cleaned, so I texted him at 6:56pm. Uniquee called me back at 6:58pm and advised he would come back and clean the shower. When Uniquee arrived, I showed him the shower and he apologized for missing this. I had to step back out, so Uniquee called me at 7:26pm and advised that the shower is completed and that he left the key in my apt. When I came back home later that evening, I was able to do a thorough inspection and noticed that Uniquee didn't complete the deep cleaning/wall washing and didn't even complete the standard cleaning services such as dusting, cleaning counters and vacuum/mop all areas which is baffling since he was here for 5+ hours. I texted Uniquee on 9/6 at 12:45am and at 8:26am including pictures and he advised he would provide a refund, but haven't heard back from him since then.
