      Have had great service since we switched from Comcast to Hotwire. All my neighbors in awe of the insane internet speeds. I'm not very techy but I even see the difference

      Keep damaging fiber optic cable of current internet providers while installing their own equipment for our HOA causing continuing service interruptions. Hotwire blames the current fiber optic company when there have been no problems until Hotwire commenced work. Their work force looks completely unprofessional. Can’t imagine ever giving them my business.

      Since installation at end of October Hotwire technicians have returned to our apartment more than 10 times. At first got green screen 6 separate days. Hotwire said the need special software to connect to Certain new Samsung models. Even with software fix we have almost daily problems. Audio and no picture or screen that reads “loading video” that won’t go away. Only solution is unplugging tv and waiting before plugging in again.

      On 27 November 2023 HotWire installers run installation of HotWire equipment in my property on **** ** **** **** * ******* ***** *****. They arrived to my property, removed Xfinity equipment and performed the installation. Originally, Xfinity router was in the dining room. When the installers started install some equipment in my bedroom , I assumed that this is equipment for TV and the installer told me that all installed equipment is free. Yesterday, I received a bill for AERO modem. When called HotWire - I realized that in my bedroom was installed WIFI router and in the living room was installed second router. ( That come with a monthly charge 8.55 $ ) First of all - I don't want a WIFI router in my bedroom ( Because of health concerns ) Second the installation was performed without any explanation and instructions for operations. This situation will be fixed ASAP without any extra charges to me.

      Terrible!!! I work from home and the internet goes down at least 1-2 times a week. I have been cut off during meetings then have to rush the office. Definitely the worst cable Internet I’ve ever had. Not to mention the cost for nothing., total rip off.

      They charge an outrageous amount for only 250mbs. I can get over a gig for less with ATT. I am forced to use them because my HOA made some deal with them when they first started building the neighborhood. They were supposed to offer the latest and greatest technology and speeds in return for this agreement. They do not offer anything faster than 250mbs. They also charge you to rent the router/modem. I have several tv's that stream and 2 teens that game. Everything is constantly buffering or locking up. The modem is always hot to the touch. I inquired about them upgrading and offering higher speeds. They do offer higher speeds in other areas of Florida. They basically told me too bad, tough luck. There are no plans to upgrade the speeds here to keep up with all the other internet companies in the area. So they overcharge us for subpar service and they know they can get away with it because of some agreement made over a decade ago.
