      Stay Away from We Have Lots of Loads - They Swindled Me Out of $175! It pains me to say that this company operates with deceitful intentions and lacks any semblance of integrity or professionalism. I engaged We Have Lots of Loads for transportation logistics services, hoping for a reliable and trustworthy partner. However, what transpired was nothing short of a nightmare. They promised efficiency and reliability but delivered nothing but lies and deception. Firstly, their initial quote seemed unreasonable, especially the ****** Pay payment method; however, I disregarded my apprehensiveness after an fictitious employee, ***********************, created a somewhat believable narrative to justify the unconventional payment method. Nevertheless, once I was locked into the contract, they never delivered upon their obligation. Moreover, the quality of service provided by We Have Lots of Loads was abysmal. Attempts to communicate with their customer service team were met with indifference and outright negligence. An absurd $175 software fee that amounted to no financial gain. I never received the contracted route, which was promised at the onset of our business arrangement. It was a blatant display of dishonesty and a clear indication of their utter disregard for ethical business practices. I urge anyone considering utilizing the services of We Have Lots of Loads to proceed with extreme caution. Dont be fooled by their polished facade or enticing promises. Behind the veil lies a company that preys on unsuspecting customers, exploiting them for financial gain without remorse or accountability. In conclusion, my experience with We Have Lots of Loads has been nothing short of a harrowing ordeal. They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy, deceitful, and unworthy of anyones patronage. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this despicable company at all costs.

      Hello Im sorry for the late response. I have corresponding information to support my rebuttal. Im asking the BBB not to post his complaint as it is frivolous. **** and his employee were both hired at We Have Lots OF Loads to work as independent contractors. 

      When you sign up to be a driver the first thing you are given is a Carrier packet. In the Carrier Packet it discloses the NON REFUNDABLE software fee. A fee he knew he had to pay prior to working with us..

       

      as well when **** signed up he took over 24 hours to read everything in and out in the contract and then ask questions prior to him even signing it and paying any fee.


      **** was offered a dedicated route with our company. We did not allow **** to have the route after his employee threatened bodily harm to one of our reps. ** was so bad the police were almost called. We let **** know because of his employee we wouldnt even be working with them for the safety of our staff. 

      **** insisted because he paid money he got something. We told him we would honor the contract and dispatch for him for 30 days and then he would have to go separate ways.

      **** said no he wanted the route and why should he suffer because of his employee I explained that his employee and him are one in the same the employee can not be violent and the boss not be held accountable. 

      He still was unhappy and said if we did not give him his money back or the dedicated route he would make bad reviews about us online everywhere which he is attempting to do right now with the BBB.

       

      I have the original contract he signed so you can read it. I also have all of the text messages from the employee and the text messages we sent to ****.

       

      we also have all the email correspondence that will show you we offered to still dispatch because there are no refunds. 

      please do not post his complaint as he is just trying to ruin my company
