    i had Lasik surgery through a TLC Lasik vision center that was located in Plymouth Meeting, PA on 04/25/2014. My Procedure came with a lifetime warranty for corrections. At my last optometrist appointment, I was told that i needed corrective lenses for the same issue i had corrected back in 2014. I reached out to TLC to inquire about the correction/enhancement to the procedure, i was told that the location i went to was under a group that declared bankruptcy and my lifetime warranty is no longer valid and i would need to pay for a new procedure. TLC Lasik is still open and operating and should be forced to honor their guarantee regardless of the location.
