  I recently had the pleasure of working with Natalie from the Allied Mortgage Group, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Her professionalism and dedication to her work are truly commendable.
  
  From the onset, Natalie's responsiveness was impressive. She was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had, no matter how minor. This level of communication reassured me that I was in capable hands.
  
  What stood out the most was Natalie's guidance. She walked me through each step of the process, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. This not only made the mortgage process less intimidating, but it also helped me make informed decisions that I felt confident about.
  
  I also want to acknowledge Natalie's amazing team. Dee and Sharon were instrumental in this process. Their willingness to go above and beyond was evident and greatly appreciated. They worked seamlessly together, ensuring that everything ran smoothly.

  We couldn't have been luckier to have worked with Chris! He made the process simple, easy and made sure we understood every step along the way. I appreciated his patience and recommendation while we were weighing our options. Once we got under contract, the entire financing process was a breeze. Chris was on top of everything and made sure we had all the information needed. He also gave us the option to close early if we wanted to. We loved working with Chris and can't wait to work with him again in the future. Thank you, Chris!!

  Absolutely the worst Mortgage company for a first-time mortgage holder like myself. I never missed a payment in 2022 and I receive a letter in the mail stating that payments that I made by ACH deposits back in August were reversed back to my bank account. When I asked them to open an investigation I was told they will need to see (canceled checks?) showing the payments were made. I sent certified ACH receipts from my bank and statements showing that the payments never came back to my account. They still refuse to open an investigation, they will not let me make any payments towards the account and they returned all the mail I sent undeliverable by the USPS.

  My experience with Nancy at Allied was easy and pleasant. I did not feel as if I was speaking to a stranger or a self interested company representative. I felt like I was treated as a close friend who had my best interest in mind. Nancy was patient and understanding, she helped me through the whole process always reassureing me it would work out. I appreciated her support and experience.
