    I took my CNA exam on November the 13th 2023. Because of some issue credentia was having I didn't receive my results until theThe last week of November, When it should have just been a couple days at the most. Then I was told it would be 10 business days from the time I Receive my results to be listed on the state registry, It's been way more than 10 business days And I haven't received anything in the mail and I'm still not listed on the registry so I called credentia back and they told me they set my scores over to the state so when I call the state they told me they don't have my scores calling credentia back they told me they don't know what happened to them they can't contact the department who knows about it and they don't know what else to tell me but maybe they will eventually receive them that is unacceptable this almost seems like a scam this is so Insane they're messing with peoples job and people waste a lot of money going to school and getting certified and don't get their certificate and don't get Listed on the registry. Theyre excuse is unacceptable this a scam So at this point I don't know what else to do they don't know what I should do and nobody else knows what I should do either!

    I passed my exam August 26th it is now December 1st and I still haven't received License I been contacting these company since October and they just give me the run around stating I will receive my license soon I call every day and still no result CPHD status they haven't received anything and CPHD is the one who supposedly choose them to send paper work on there behalf.it is December 1 tomorrow was offer a job by my current employer but put me on hold Because credentia has sent over my application I'm stress and frustration over going in circle everyday with the same answer you will get your license soon.please look into this matter they are cheating several people out of there money and I want my license

    Hello. My name is *************************. My email address is ******************** I was a student of ************************************. On October 25th, 2023, my class took the  CNA exam at ******** in Brea, CA. We were supposed to get the results of the exam within 3 to 5 days. Out of the 13 of us, only 5 have received their result. The rest of us are still waiting. We have called various people with no luck. This is outlandish. You have not sent out results for many people who have taken the exam. I have talked with a lawyer to see if there is anything else that can be done. Know that Credentia is in a load of legal trouble if you persist in your obtuse behavior.************************

    As much as I don't want to be here I have run out of option finding ways to resolve the issue I am having with credentia. I have finished my CNA program, and my school have set up my State Exam here in California last October 25, 2023. We were told that we were going to get a results within 5 business but I have not received anything up to this date, I have tried every options I have, calling my school, asking my instructor for help, calling and emailing the testing site numbers of times ( they have told us that Credentia is responsible for providing us our results), called credentia and was only told that they can't find me on the system, that I need to create an account and that's what I did, still didn't help, credentia adviced me to email "[email protected]" to ask for my results and again a dead end, no one responded on my emails. Called credentia again just to be told the same thing, that there has been a glitch and they can't find me on the system. I have been going back and fort. And now they have blocked my emails. This is very unprofessional of them, I have given them all the patience that I have, if only someone get back to my email and tell me really what's going on but no. I HAVE REALLY RUN OUT OF OPTIONS, I HAVE FINISHED MY PROGRAM AND TOOK THE TEST AND I DID ALL THAT HARD WORK I atleast deserve to get my results in a proper manner as promised. Called CDPH and I am on the systems its just says I am allowed to work as a nursing Assistant but without that proof that I passed I can't do nothing. And I keep waiting everyday for someone to atleast tell me what's going on.

    After the completion of a CNA program at ********** Providers Training , On October 25th both the written and skills exam were taken at test site ***** ******** School of nursing . Both before and after the exam was taken we were told that test results would be mailed back to us within 3-7 business days. After not receiving anything in the mail after the said number iv tried to contact credentia on multiple occasions and theyve told me to email *********************************** to receive my score through email. Iv done that at least twice a week with no response , or update as to why I have not gotten my results . Iv called credentia plenty of times regarding the situation and theyve said since Im in Southern ********** that RTC has to be contacted for my results. This is false RTC only deals with registering for the Exam . Once the exam is complete its sent straight from the testing cite to credentia . After I explained this to credentia multiple times they opened a support ticket but have never gotten back to me on the matter . Its been a month since completing the exam with no results , no emails back from credentia , and no call backs. This is hindering job opportunities as well as causing stress and emotional strain. When I contacted someone directly from credentia through email , they disregarded the concern and said they couldnt deal with the manner on that email and proceeded to block all emails . At this point in time I need my test results emailed to me or an update on why I havent gotten my results.

    Paid Credentia to take my skills exam on 11/18/23 was told by instructor that day I would have my results by end of the day. When I did not receive my grade I called was told system glitch could take up to 2-3days. After that still not received my grade. I was told to give up to7 days. Called back on following Friday representative told me they never open a ticket. Open ticket received email allow 2-3 days this is 4th day and they are telling me again to wait 2-3 more days. Will not transfer me to supervisor. This is affecting my job

    I am reaching out to file a formal complaint regarding the handling of my CNA Skills Exam assessment by Credentia. The primary concern stems from an incident during the exam, taken on November 4, 2023 at ************************** in Virginia Beach, VA. My dispute centers around step #6 of "assist client to ambulate using transfer belt." During this step, the student role-playing as the patient unexpectedly sat up out of habit, an action that was not under my control. Despite this unforeseen response, I managed to make physical contact with my hand on his back as he was sitting up and verbally noted that such self-initiated action is not typical in a real-life patient scenario.Despite my appropriate response to the patient's unexpected movement, and confidence in correctly performing the step, I was marked as having failed this critical part of the exam. My subsequent efforts to seek clarity through a formal grievance and follow-up communications were met with generic responses from Credentia. They failed to provide a specific explanation on how my actions deviated from the ***** standardized protocols. Furthermore, after over a week of following up, my attempts to communicate have been increasingly met with technical issues, including emails suddenly being returned undelivered, further complicating my efforts to understand and rectify the situation.This situation suggests a failure on a technicality rather than a reflection of my actual competencies and understanding of the required skills. The lack of transparency and effective communication from Credentia in resolving this issue is concerning. Therefore, I am seeking the intervention of the Better Business Bureau for a fair and transparent review of my exam performance and a detailed explanation of the assessment criteria.Attached is a complete transcript of my communications with Credentia, my exam score report, and other relevant documents for review.

    On 10/3/23, I was approved by the state of South Carolina as a nurse aide candidate to take the proctored nurses assistant skills exam. On 10/4/23, I paid for, and scheduled my Credentia exam. The cost was $140. The skills test was taken on 10/20/23. Credentia states to have the results available in 24 hours. It is now 11/13/23, and I still do not have the results yet. I have called the Credentia helpline numerous times, and each time they say they will have it resolved within the next few days. I have been waiting for three weeks now, to find out if I am certified. I have missed out on job opportunities because of Credentia. I've had to call employers after I interviewed to let them know that Credentia assures me the results will be available "this week." This is affecting my income greatly. Not just for me, but for the other students that I tested alongside on 10/20/23. This is incredibly nerve wrecking and high stress. I do not know if this was fraud or a scam. This is a South Carolina state exam. Please advise, I don't know what to do and I cannot work until I receive these test results.

    This company deliberately lies and tells students they are wrong and the charges them money. I have studied all night 3 times for an exam and then on the day of the test they come up with errors. My class of six nurses have all had this experience this week.all you have to do is pull up why is Credentia horrible. Our livelihood depended on this class, which we all took full-time while working full-time jobs. Credential, representatives lied, told us to call exam room center, which is just a reason to get you off the phone they laughed, were kind of sending, and deliberately miss lettuce miss us they should be investigated, and we should be compensated, but most of all, after an investigation, they should honor and refund and admit what they did. We are not stopping with the Better Business Bureau complaint which we do appreciate and hope and see that some effort is being done to at least post what theyre doing. Im sure there are plenty of legal issues that could be taken up with them , we did all document and record and its just an unreal horror story. Please feel free to reach out to a whole nursing class as we are going through h*** with him. We will make our story. Heard on the local news with only the facts, although the company does not care . Tomorrow is the fourth day. I am attempting an exam or they say they have technical issues so they are holding us up for getting *** license. They have limited to do the skills testing, which the employees there are leaving their own review, saying they hate the company and are cheated and lied and then were going to take it out on the students that they are testing , the nightmare cannot be any worse. This company should be held accountable, responsible and liable for their actions and will definitely end up in lawsuits. Somebody will expedite because everything has been exposed. The sad thing is, theyre holding back the healthcare for our country and literally laughing at us from afar .

    On 10/21, I reattempted my CNA skills board through credentia at ************* Community College, the college I attend. It has been a few weeks now, and no results. The employees of credentia have done nothing but lie and given us a complete different answer then when I reached out to my prior cna teacher. Credentia failed to tell us they moved locations yet their excuse was that the system is down. I have invested my time and money into credentia to get absolutely nothing back in return.
