I won tickets to a concert (which my wife was really excited about), by calling in to the radio station, back in June, with a chance to win Ben's beach house for a week (if there really was such a prize).  I have reached out to Donnie B**** numerous times via email, with only one response that he had never gotten the concert tickets and would get me something else.  I find it hard to believe that something, ...anything wouldn't have been available by now.  Leads me to believe that it was all a scam and I can only wonder how many other people this happens to. It's absolutely ridiculous that a radio station would do this to it's listeners, not to mention that all of my emails go unanswered by him and others that I have emailed.

    Hi,

I received a complaint from the BBB from ***** *******.

I am the Promotions Director for a radio station called 95.7 BEN FM.  ***** qualified to win a Grand prize of a week-long stay at a Beach House and just for qualifying he won a pair or concert tickets.  He did not win the Grand Prize.

After we said that he was a qualifier and won tickets to a concert, I realized that I accidentally already gave away too many tickets that concert and did not have any more tickets to that show.  ***** was upset and emailed me a few times.  I didn't respond to his first email because I was trying to find an alternative prize for him and did not want to answer him with more bad news.  I claimed a pair of tickets to a show that is happening in the summer of 2023 and he agreed to take the tickets and complained that this show was a year away from when he was supposed to go to the other show.  I feel that we as a radio station made a mistake but we made good on our mistake by offering a consolation prize.  If he is still unhappy, I can try and find a different prize for him.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
