    On October 14***** the seller agrees to sell her home to us. The agent from the seller indicated we are getting the house **************************************************************************************. They ask if we can put a good down payment on the home so no one can take the home. So, we put the $4,500.00 downpayment. so, we ask on Monday October16 ***** where is the contract. it was not on contract until Tuesday October 17, 2023.The agent from the seller respond to us that she had other people who want to see it. But she well put it on contract after they see it. On the same Tuesday we took the check to ******************************************************************. ** 19004-2335. The front Desk person Indicated they don't an office in the she ********************************** use their office for her Business. The Lender who was working with us ask for paperwork. We provide everything we could. Each and every time were asked for more money, we already had ****** in the bank. They ask if we can put more in the account after all on **************** were asked to turn all the utilities on for the resident. So were waiting because to know what more they need it we did not do it until 3 days before closing. On November 08***** the date before closing were took that we most have 8th months of mortgage in order to buy the house. Or can we have more time to be evaluate by my job so they can see how much income we well have. The agent for the seller indicated that she was going to work on given more tie and that she was going to go and have an Arbitration. She also indicated that she well not return any money to us Me and My Wife . Now due to all this we sold an RV and my wife sold her car so we can buy this plus giving our 30days notice to the apt .We almost end it in the street . My wife tries to talk to ******************************* who indicated that she was in the casino and that she is not responsible to give us our money. I waited a week before I contact the lender who never heard anything like this before and also contact her while he was on the phone with me. She was out of control on the phone and say that our agent was at fall. So were out of home and out of money this has my wife sick and me asking myself what we did wrong .
