  I have a skylight in my bathroom which I love. It was an old manual skylight with a chain that I couldn’t open. I was looking for a replacement and came across Skylight Pros on my search. From the first time I called and spoke to Rita I knew they were the company I was going to use. Rita explained to me the different types of skylights so I decided to go with the Solar skylight. Rita and Joe are very nice and professional. The solar skylight was installed in like 2 hours like Rita said it would be. I would definitely recommend Skylight Pros.

  Skylght Pros by Blue Bell Delaware is the best. Start to finish Rita explained their process. Rita kept me update with changes due to the weather being so hot in Philadelphia. Jose and his team were nice and professional. Before the work was completed Joe came and made sure everything looked good and made sure I was satisfied with my Skylight. Overall I am completely satisfied with choosing Skylight Pros. I will be referring to friends, family and my customers who need skylights.

  Thank you Skylight pros for replacing a leaky skylight and helping to resolve our leaky chimney problems. Great customer service, they are professional and have a hard working team. Plus, they are also reasonably priced. It started with a leaky skylight that occurred when we were on vacation. After much discussion we ended with a new roof, two skylights and gutter guards. Installation took just over a day, they took care not to damage plantings and did a nice job cleaning up. After all was done we still experienced a leak with one of the skylights after a heavy rain. I texted Joe and within 4 hours the problem was fixed. Even with the heavy rains of early September, no more leaks! Skylight Pros also corrected a flashing problems around our chimney, it has not leaked since. Even with the rains and strong winds we have had, it is the first time in 22 years our chimney has not leaked. Thanks again for giving us peace of mind when it comes to our roof, skylights and gutters.

  Recommendation for Skylight Pros by Bluebell.
  I have a sunroom with two skylights. During the storms in late August 2023 a large branch came crashing down and broke the top window of one of the skylights. Luckily it was not leaking.
  The insurance company sent out an estimator who didn’t do much more than provide an estimate. What I needed was a new skylight to match the other one. But what I needed could not be found by the estimator or by me.
  The skylight manufacturer had Skylight Pros get in touch with me. They provided a great deal of help. The came out and reviewed my issues. They said an exact replacement could not be found. They provided documentation that the insurance company accepted, which allowed me to have both skylights replaced such that they still match.
  After agreeing to the fix it took only a week to get the new skylights. The day picked for insulation was predicted to be the hottest day of the year. Instead of canceling the installation Skylight Pros asked if they could come early to beat the high heat. This was done. They had a crew of three starting at 8 am. The owner was also on site to ensure all went well. All were all well trained and did there jobs correctly and economically. They had both skylights installed by noon. They got done before it really got hot.
  In summation I can not say enough good things about Skylight Pros. They had well trained caring personnel. The took good care of my property and did not damage anything. My yard was left better than they found it. Everyone was polite and made the job go well.
  I plan to recommend them to any who need skylights. I would not hesitate to have them back if another branch comes my way.

  Sklylight Pros By Blue Bell provided exceptional service, products, and communication replacing 4 skylights, which had been installed by a different contractor 24 years ago. Joe delivered on every deadline, including: the appointment time to review the problem, providing the estimate, and scheduling and completing the job. Rita was incredibly responsive to our phone inquiries and an absolute pleasure to work with.
  Joe clearly and thoroughly desribed the issues and proposed several solutions, at various price points. We had not considered installing the solar option due to the higher price but Joe detailed the tax rebates available to reduce the actual overall cost of the project. We chose VELUX Solar operating systems are very happy with the product, especially during recent rain (both drizzle and downpour) and they promptly automatically closed.
  
  The crew was professional and effecient and completed the job in a few hours. We also especially appreciated that Joe was on site for most of the installation. We highly recommend Skylight Pros By Blue Bell for their professionalism, responsiveness, customer service, and commitment to doing a "job very well done."
